All work must be performed in accordance with New York State prevailing rate of wage laws and minimum wage rate.
Insurance: The successful bidder agrees to furnish a certificate of insurance showing adequate coverage for public liability and property damage so as to indemnify both him/herself and the Alden Central School District from any claims for damages to property, personal injury including death, etc., which may arise from operations under the proposed contract.
Supplemental insurance documentation CG 20 26 is required to add Alden Central School District as additional insured for the duration of work.
The successful bidder shall furthermore furnish satisfactory evidence that all employees are adequately covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance during the term of the contract.
